Their kindness made a stressful time much easier to handle. Dr John Cheng treated me and he too was very warm, and explained my diagnosis clearly. The facility itself is spotless. Corridors, patient rooms, and common areas were cleaned multiple times a day, and I consistently saw staff sanitizing high-touch surfaces. That attention to hygiene gave me extra peace of mind.
