My wife had to visit the Emergency Department at KPJ Damansara Specialist earlier today due to shortness of breath and persistent coughing despite completing her antibiotic and antiviral treatment for influenza A. Despite it being a busy day for the hospital, she was greeted by Mr. Romzi, who was incredibly attentive and helpful throughout her visit. Even with the high demand and unavailability of other specialists, Mr. Romzi went above and beyond to ensure she received the necessary care. He personally facilitated an alternative approach and successfully secured a session with Dr. Nur Abdul Karim, the Consultant Emergency Physician. Dr. Nur provided outstanding care, showing exceptional attentiveness and dedication. She conducted a thorough examination of my wife's respiratory issues and took the time to explain everything in detail. Her clear and comprehensive explanations helped us fully understand my wife's condition. Dr. Nur's recommended remedy gave us great reassurance and hope for my wife's recovery. The professionalism and dedication demonstrated by Mr. Romzi, Dr. Nur, and Ms. Shima made a stressful situation much more manageable. Their combined efforts and compassionate approach gave us great comfort and confidence in the care my wife received. We are immensely grateful for the commendable service provided by the staff at KPJ Damansara Specialist. Thank you so much!

Dr. Nur in the Emergency Department and also Dr. Roslan Abdul Rahman were excellent in assisting me. The nurses in the Surgical Ward were also very good in attending to me, thank you Sr. Rusmaini. I was also assisted by Mr. Romzi from Customer Service from the moment I arrived at the Emergency Department until my admission to the ward. KPJ Damansara Specialist Hospital is indeed the best.

All staff were friendly, including the doctor, emergency nurses, administration department, receptionists, pharmacy counter & payment counter.
