Worst service. It’s been nearly 4 hours I have been waiting for my turn to get an ultrasound done. Booked an appointment for a specialist, there was 1.5months waiting. When the days came for appointment. Yesterday after I am here they say it’s first come first, after waiting for 2.30 min they said You need a reference letter, even though it’s a follow up. Let it be for adult or with kids, same service. Yesterday came for a pediatrician too Doctor was suppose to come at 12pm came at 2.30, my baby kept crying

Worst treatment done to my son, Dr Eric Lee was treated my son for more than 3 years but not cured, Klinik doctor was cured within months , even nurse was wantedly keeping us in Queue, after completing local patients she was allowed we suffered a lot at Pantai hospital, I believed Pantai is brand, reality no. pls do not go Dr Eric Lee

The nurses were equally amazing – gentle, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. They treated our baby like their own, and that meant the world to us. Cleanliness, efficiency, and comfort were all top-notch. We truly felt supported, safe, and in good hands throughout the entire stay.

Wonderful experience at Pantai Hospital. The staff - Incredibly friendly Staff nurses - Provides excellent patient care. Im so impressed by their commitment. Facility - Clean and well maintained Doctor - Dr Eric is the best Doctor Ever. Very good doctor and kind at heart. Caring and soft spoken. I felt comfortable and well taken care of during my stay. Thanks to the entire team!
