Had a very good experience at KPJ Kluang. From the moment I arrived, the staff gave a warm and friendly greeting, and the whole process was smooth. All staff were polite, friendly, and well-mannered. Dr Karuna explained my condition and procedure very clearly, and the operation went smoothly. It really made me feel safe and confident. Special thanks also to Dr Azizah, the anaesthetist during the operation, who was very good at calming me down when I was nervous. Insurance and billing matters were handled smoothly. The ward was clean, comfortable, and well-prepared, including a warm blanket. The nurses were gentle and caring, and even the staff serving meals were friendly. The food was good as well. Not forgetting everyone who took care of me throughout my stay — thank you all. Overall, a very pleasant hospital experience. Highly recommended.
