My father is under regular follow up with dr chan, internal medicine. He was ordered to came to hospital for blood taking and X ray. He patiently waited for his queue after registration yet the X ray department did not call him after waited for almost an hour. He then approached the counter only the person told him that the doctor did not sign the order for x ray hence x ray cannot be conducted today. Hello, if you noted the signature is not there you should let the patient know right then and not allowing them sit there and wait, if my dad did not go and ask he will be sitting there forever! Imagine he is old, and he is having intense leg pain, wasting his time suffering there. And this is not the first time! He also waited a long time to take his medicine at pharmacist, finally he went to counter and asked only he was told that the doctor forget to sign the prescription and medicine cannot be taken. Then only they try to go and ask for the doctor’s signature but the doctor is busy somewhere else and he had to wsit again. Hello! I understand hospital is busy but this is not the proper way to treat ur patient!!! This is a minor thing that you can improve but will bring major improvement in the service! Patient need not to wait for so long and then was told that things cannot be done because of your team mistake. Very sad to hear this, i really hope this issue is been raised up.

Pleasant experience during my visits here. From Dr Chan Chong Jin, Nurse Sara, Customer Care Staffs Komathy and Harveen. Registration and Cashier was excellent. Not to forget the OT staffs who are very kind and helpful. Keep Up the Good Work.

Few months earlier I'm experiencing issues with hemorrhoids. I met with Doctor Chan, who treated me unprofessionally. During the examination, he checked my rectal with excessive force, causing me significant pain. Without providing any explanation or details about the procedure, he immediately recommended surgery to remove the hemorrhoids. Additionally, he asked me to undergo heart and kidney scans, citing my previous medical history of kidney stones. I'm confused as to why the kidney and heart scans are necessary when I only require hemorrhoid surgery. When I asked the doctor for further clarification and expressed my need to think it over before making a decision, he appeared unhappy and simply responded with 'okay.' I paid a consultation fee of over 250++, and I'm extremely disappointed with the entire experience.
