Dr. Allen's explanations were very clear and professional, which is commendable. However, the overall patient experience was significantly diminished due to the nursing staff. Specifically, the nurses in the Day Care Unit were disappointing in both their professionalism and service attitude. When I merely inquired multiple times about the estimated recovery time, I was met with impatient glares from the nurses, which made me feel very uncomfortable. Furthermore, for a private hospital, it is unprofessional and below the expected service standard for private hospitals to require family members to push patients themselves for examinations, whether it be for X-rays or blood draws, without any assistance from nurses or staff. I hope the hospital administration will seriously review the nursing services and procedures in the Day Care Unit to prevent similar situations from occurring again.
