Amazing doctors.. 👍👍 For the humble Cardio thoracic surgeon Prof Dr John chan..

My mom have had valve surgery with Dr John C recently. Dr John is highly professional and attentive to patient as well as us, the patient’s family. Dr John’s clinic assistant- Ms Sharon has been providing necessary support, make arrangement and respond to every query we have. This extra miles efforts has make us feel comfortable. The nursing team here are well trained and provided my mom care support during her hospitalisation. Customer service team also provided us good advices and fulfilled our needs. Parking could be a problem as half the lots are reserved for valet. Discount given for all patient but that is heavy for inpatient as we tend to stay longer time. Overall, this is a good hospital with professional doctors and top support teams.

We traveled seven thousand miles for my wife to undergo a heart valve repair with DrJohn Chan at CVSKL, which has been worth every penny! Dr John has been outstanding in every capacity from consultation to surgery to post-op to aftercare and follow-up. His EA Sharon has been utterly brilliant. Right from the start of the process she has been on top, and ahead, of the game with constant support, communication, helpful information, rapid responses and friendly and professional guidance. Above and beyond expectations in every way. We would recommend the team of Dr John Chan and Sharon to anyone contemplating engaging with CVSKL. 10/10.

One of the best Cardiovascular Hospitals around. The staffs are/were super friendly and Doctors are Top class. Dr. John Chan and his Assistant Sharon helped us through a difficult period . My father had a double valve replacement and night or day they were available for us . Dr John was the only one who could actually make my dad comfortable with having this surgery out of all the doctors we saw from UK, Aus, Singapore and Malaysia .. I couldn’t thank Sharon enough for all the help she provided day and night ..any info I needed , she was a text away .. Thank you !!!

My dad had done bypass surgery at this hospital by Dr John Chan. We have great confidence in him and his abilities. Thank you so much for the great care and surgery performed on my dad. Also thanks to the nurse Sharon who helped us from booking appointments until discharged from ward. Thanks for her kindness and answered our questions enthusiastically. We also glad to have Dr Nadia as anesthetist. My dad had been treated very well by all the nurse, physiotherapist, nutritionist and staff. We appreciate that all the services from every department.
