*Highly Efficient Emergency Care Team That Saved My Father's Life!* I highly recommend Doctor Sharmini and her exceptional team of nurses, SN Shanthi, MA Yoges, and SN Nickson, from the emergency department. Their quick response and decisive actions undoubtedly contributed to saving my father's life after he suffered a fall and was rushed to the hospital. Doctor Sharmini's experience and her team of outstanding nurses played a crucial role in my father's response to the treatment. From the moment we arrived at the emergency department, they acted swiftly and efficiently, ensuring that my father received the immediate care he needed. On this note, it would be good for SN Nickson to ‘muscle’ up so he can carry the patients better from the car 😅. He is thin as a stick! Nevertheless, their coordinated efforts were commendable. Doctor Sharmini ‘ordered’ an MRI and CT Scan, not leaving any stones unturned while the neurologist was called in. The nurses were quick to comprehend and wheeled my father into the theatres seamlessly and the transfers from bed to bed were done with care. Doctor Sharmini, in particular, impressed me with her ability to ask pertinent questions to understand my father's underlying conditions. This attention to detail showcased her dedication to providing comprehensive and personalised care. Moreover, her knowledge and expertise were evident in the thoroughness of her diagnosis and treatment plan. I must say that the entire team, including SN Shanthan, MA Yoges, and SN Nickson, are valuable assets to the emergency department. Their professionalism, compassion, and skills were reassuring during a very stressful time for my family. While the medical care provided by Doctor Sharmini and her team was outstanding, I do have a minor concern. It would be beneficial for the hospital administration to review the staffing of ward cleaners. Despite my father's prompt treatment in the ICU, the transfer to a normal ward was delayed until 9.30pm, although we had been waiting since the afternoon. It would be ideal for the hospital to streamline and maybe stagger the process of changing staff instead of just at 9.30pm for the night duty to minimise any delays in such situations. Overall, I cannot express enough gratitude to Doctor Sharmini and her team for their invaluable care and dedication. Their quick thinking and the cohesive nature of their teamwork undoubtedly contributed to saving my father's life. I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of emergency medical care. Thank you, Doctor Sharmini, and your wonderful team, for your exceptional efforts! And thank you for dropping by the ward to see my father and how he is doing.
