I am receiving care at the pediatrics department (Dr. Patrick). The consultations are thorough each time, and the doctor is gentle and pleasant. Furthermore, a Japanese interpreter (Hiroko-san) is always available and accompanies me to every appointment, which allows me to feel at ease during my visits. She readily responds to urgent requests and provided various support when my child was hospitalized. She is friendly and very kind. I can live with peace of mind overseas thanks to Gleneagles. two times in year 2020, my child admission .staff nurse very nice and helpful especially at peads ward(ward 4b) during my child admission. nurses are cheerful , gently to my child. Peads doctor are very good explanation well (DR ADRIAN). recommended to all. ward are very comfortable. i like to be here as my experience.
