I am receiving care at the pediatrics department (Dr. Patrick). The consultations are thorough each time, and the doctor is gentle and pleasant. Furthermore, a Japanese interpreter (Hiroko-san) is always available and accompanies me to every appointment, which allows me to feel at ease during my visits. She readily responds to urgent requests and provided various support when my child was hospitalized. She is friendly and very kind. I can live with peace of mind overseas thanks to Gleneagles. Thank you very much.

We usually visit Dr. Adrian for our baby’s checkups ;he’s always so gentle and caring with our little one. Unfortunately, he wasn’t available this time, so we went to see Dr. Patrick Chan next door instead. The experience was disappointing. Our baby who was already unwell cried during the visit and instead of showing understanding, the doctor questioned why she was grumpy and even complained when she cried after doc poked her for a test. We’ll definitely not be returning to Dr. Patrick Chan again. It’s crazy to see how kids doctor act this way.

two times in year 2020, my child admission .staff nurse very nice and helpful especially at peads ward(ward 4b) during my child admission. nurses are cheerful , gently to my child. Peads doctor are very good explanation well (DR ADRIAN). recommended to all. ward are very comfortable. i like to be here as my experience.

Dr adrian goh front desk are so rude, just like people without attitude. If we need to make appointment just say it with good manners and intentions, not by talking nonsense. We are coming to see the doctor because my baby was sick and seeking treatment. Shame on you even on our bad conditions you cant provide a helpful service as hospital should it be.
