Dr adrian goh front desk are so rude, just like people without attitude. If we need to make appointment just say it with good manners and intentions, not by talking nonsense. We are coming to see the doctor because my baby was sick and seeking treatment. Shame on you even on our bad conditions you cant provide a helpful service as hospital should it be.

We arrived at the Gleneagles Emergency Department at 4 PM, received our queue number, and were called by the emergency doctor in less than an hour. Upon checking by the doctor, my daughter needed to be admitted as she having high grade temperature. Doctors at A&E department knew what to do, they started to draw blood for blood test & do swab test. My daughter was in significant pain when the cannula was inserted and the swab was taken by the female doctor in the emergency room (understandably, the doctor needed to ensure the best result for the swab). My daughter cried nonstop, but we are aware that it is a normal procedure by the doctors. While waiting in the emergency room, Dr. Adrian Goh came in and introduced himself. He immediately established a friendly rapport with my daughter. Dr. Adrian Goh was truly a blessing—like magic, he transformed her from a crying baby into a smiling child in no time. My daughter was so comfortable with him that she started calling him "Doctor Unicorn." We were later transferred to the ward for admission. Initially, we requested a single room, but due to single rooms were all occupied, we were placed in a double room and put on the waiting list for a single. Dr. Adrian visited twice daily, and he was always punctual. I’ve never encountered a doctor who made rounds as early as he did. My daughter was in very good hands. Dr. Adrian clearly explained his diagnosis and gave my daughter the appropriate treatment she needed. His kid-friendly approach worked wonders—my daughter even asked him to play a pirate sword game with her, and he didn’t disappoint, joining in her fun. The nurses were exceptional—kind, friendly, and very patient. They were always responsive to our requests, doing their jobs with great care. The cannula in my daughter’s hand worked perfectly, even after her IV drip was removed. Dr. Adrian assured us she was drinking enough water, and fortunately, the cannula didn’t block, allowing her antibiotics to be administered without needing another painful poke, unlike her past traumatic experiences at other hospitals. The food at Gleneagles is superb! I was genuinely surprised—it didn’t feel like hospital food at all. Everything was delicious and healthy, with a balanced diet, and my sick daughter ate very well. They even provided three daily meals for parents, which saved us time and the hassle of buying food outside. This level of service is something I haven’t experienced at any other hospital. However, I do have one complaint that Gleneagles should address. The bathroom in our double room (419) needed refurbishment. It took 5-10 minutes for the water to warm up, the wall tiles had mold, the floor tiles were chipped (which is dangerous, especially for children), and the sink area had excessive mold. This is concerning, particularly for patients with respiratory issues, as mold can cause infections. Thankfully, after 2.5 days in the double room, we were moved to a single room (404), which was excellent. The bathroom there was spotless and looked newly refurbished. Single room is spacious, and there is extra bed (literally a BED, not foldable sofa) for care taker. This is truly a blessing! Overall, we had a pleasant stay in Ward 4A, under care by Dr Adrian Goh (Dr Unicorn) & the nurses at Ward 4A Paed, and I’m grateful for the excellent care my daughter received. Thank you so much!
