The service provided was excellent, and the lab test results were also fast. Special thanks to the doctors who handled the case: Dato Dr Mohamed Ibrahim A Wahid, Dr Choong Chee Leong, Dr Koh Khai Luen, and Dato Dr Patrick Tan Seow Koon. Additionally, thank you to Ms. Mina Ripin, who was very helpful throughout the treatment process in Malaysia, assisting with administration, accommodation, and even transportation. At times, there were language communication gaps which Ms. Mina Ripin was able to bridge.

Such a nice environment and tip top services given start from the admission counter until discharge.I was admitted in Ward 9 for 3 days and excellent services given by staff nurses and such a humble doctor ( Dr Koh Khai Luen) was in charge of me. During discharge, the billing person came up to Ward and ensured my payment was done meanwhile the pharmacist came towards me and gave medication prescribed by the doctor.Hope to maintain this good service and I'm really satisfied with my stay.
