Had very sore back pain that limit my mobility and run to this hospital. I think from all experience I had with hospital and Clinic from Indonesia and Malaysia, this is the most memorable one I have so far. The service is amazing, the place is immaculate, from the moment you enter everyone greet you with smile, the system they place there obviously works,it is a seamless , streamlined and easy end to end process. The only issue I have is the signage (too small I can’t see) and how to navigate the area, but maybe just because of my eyes are bad lol Last but not least, my doctor, Dr Tan Jin Aun gave me a very clear explanation on what’s happening with me and what are the possible solutions for me, he will assist you in every step of the way on your healing journey and go above and beyond, below are the examples: - he went to the administration himself to get budget of my surgery - he helped me to get earlier appointments to Physiotherapy when I expressed to him I can’t get an earlier appointment - he helped me to confirm if my insurance is a panel and if my surgery can be covered. he knows I was so much in pain so meaning walking here and there doesn’t do me good and so he helped me. But I mean, the dedication! 👏 Not also that his explanation on your issue is very clear, from non medical background I have no idea on what I have until he explained it to me in layman’s terms. Whoever has issues with your back — can’t stop recommending this doctor and this hospital 👏
