My first childbirth experience at KPJ Maharani Muar was truly exceptional 🥺, thanks to Dr. NorHayati binti Che Soh and her dedicated team. Dr. NorHayati's expertise and compassionate care were evident from the start, since our first appoinment baby checkup, making us feel incredibly supported and confident throughout the journey. All the nurses were very friendly and caring, made us feel like family. Especially during those time when the pain contraction come and go rapidly. Moreover, the facilities were impeccable, providing a comfortable and nurturing environment for both me and my husband. The entire staff exhibited professionalism and warmth, ensuring that every moment of our experience was memorable and stress-free especially in those critical moment in the labour room. Even at the hospital entrance we are welcomed by cheerful and caring staff that guide us step by step. The most grateful part is that, we are attended by Dr. NorHayati which the main reason of coming to KPJ Bandar Maharani. Alhamdullilah, after 2 daughters were born safely at KPJ Maharani in 2020 and 2022, our 3rd child was also born here ahead of Malaysia's Independence Day. All of our children were labor by Dr. Norhayati Che Soh from the obstetrics unit which is so professional and helped my wife to child birth. Also Dr Zafri Ismadi from paediatric who cares about our babyborn's health. Nurses also give a lot of advice and attention during and after birth. While in the ward, the audit unit came visit to get feedback from my wife about the quality of treatment which is indeed the best. With spacious accommodation rooms I stayed and very well-equipped facilities, patients and visitors also feel comfortable to come. It is very much in line with the motto of Care for Life.
