I wish there was an option for a Zero rating. We consulted Dr Azam for my infant Son. The Dr. advised admission and the staff wrote out a request which was rejected by the insurance as insufficient reason for admission. The staff needs to know what to write if the doctor has asked admission. This after waiting 4-5 hours with two infant children. The admission people asked us to go home as for the moment there were no beds available. We were asked by the doctor to come the next day and were told they will write a proper request. The second time also after waiting for 4-5 hours the request was rejected. Upon checking with the Doctor's staff, they informed us that BY MISTAKE they had uploaded the wrong request and that now they will upload the right one and WE SHOULD follow up with the insurance for an early approval. Upon informing the Doctor, he apologised saying that the staff should be more careful and if we wait for sometime, he will write out medicines which we can administer at home. The kids had been in the hospital without knowing what to do for over 6 hours now. When my wife left the hospital in disgust we were called on phone saying that the GL is now approved but the beds are not available and only one of the twins can be given a place in a 4 bedded room. We simply walked out of this ridiculous place which is worse than any government facility. I hope we dont have to ever go back here and hope others also avoid this place,.
