I am truly grateful for her dedication and care. A special thank you as well to CA Huda, who was always very kind, thorough, and easy to understand. Her gentle approach and attention to detail made a big difference in my recovery experience. The hospital environment was clean, calm, and well-maintained, which really helped create a comfortable and stress-free atmosphere. I would also like to thank En. Izzat from customer service for being extremely friendly, helpful, and accommodating throughout my stay. His support made everything much easier. Dr. Sangeta was very good. She checked my health condition and explain about test results all well. The nurse Nurul Huda are very friendly and have good communication skills with patients.

Overall, Pantai Sungai Petani Hospital is indeed the best. The treatment was okay and satisfactory. Dr. Sangeta is the best. Izzat, the customer service representative, was also friendly and very helpful.
