I have been seeking treatment and specialist care at your hospital for more then 20 years. My 2 boys were delivered here with Dr Kim Wong with great care. I received excellent support on breast feeding back then. Most recent years I seek regular specialist cardio care and advise from Dr Yee at your heart center. Even though I'm working abroad now, I have no problem making arrangement to see Dr Yee. Pauline, his nurse has been exceptionally efficient in her support whenever I made appointment through WhatsApp with her. Ms Suzana who helped me with my stress test today is very kind to me and provide great knowledge on the process and methodology during the entire process. I found your new parking entrance from the main street very convenient and as well as the elevator that goes from B4 parking level straight up to the heart center level. The only feedback I hope you can improve is to make it easy for visitirs to find the same elevator that brings us back to B4 again after the visit to heart center at level 2. It took me some effort to find my way down to parking again. Still, overall good job.
