I’m patient fr 721 stay fr 9/1-10/1 under Dr Gan and Dr Vanessa for Endoscopic DCR. When I registered for admission staff told me Dr Vanessa GL not approved yet. However without delaying staff let me proceed with admission. Surgery was done successfully and Dr Gan performed his tasks well and also follow-up with me x2 per day and explained about the surgery crystal clear. However I never seen Dr Vanessa once since awake from surgery, all the way up to afternoon of the second day. Big disappointment! On the side note: Despite the stay with the hospital, I need to pay for RM8 for the parking. My husband’s car has parked for just few hours. We asked for parking fee waiver but was given a RM8 flat rate voucher and was told it’s taken care off. Ultimately we were charged as per stated in voucher, of course, despite the wrong impression (wrong message) by admin stuff where it’s free (taken care off).

I waited for almost 3 hours to see Dr. Vanessa, the ophthalmologist. the nurse said it takes around 1 hour to get to see the doctor. but apparently more than that without any time indication. We thought going private will be more faster but not. Please improve your service.
