ORTHOPAEDIC DOCTOR, DATO DR BADRUL IS THE WORST DOCTOR I HAVE EVER MET. HIS INSTRUCTIONS WERE NOT CLEAR, & HE MUMBLES.. HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO KNOW THAT I NEED TO FAST 6 HOURS PRIOR SMALL SURGERY. I AM NOT IN MEDICAL FIELD AND THIS IS MY FIRST TIME!! AND THE WORST THING, HE SAID WITH HEIGHTENED TONE TO MY WIFE THAT IT SHOULD BE A COMMON SENSE???!! WHILE I WAS PRAYING!! AND I AM SUPPOSED TO KNOW THESE PROCEDURES?! HECK, HE NEEDED MAJOR COMMUNICATION TRAINING! YOUR NURSES DID NOT GAVE PROPER EXPLANATION AND GUIDANCE, AND EVEN TOLD US TO GO AND GET SOMETHING TO EAT!! BUT THE HIGHLIGHT HERE IS HIS BAD ATTITUDE TOWARDS PATIENT. AS A PATIENT I DESERVED TO GET THE SERVICE THAT I PAID FOR!! & THAT INCLUDES SOFTSKILL! THINK YOU SHOULD BE IN LAB DOING RESEARCH INSTEAD OF CONSULTING SOMEMORE, THE WARD ADMISSION IS SO SLOW. IT TOOK US 6 HOURS TO GET ADMITTED?!! HOW IS THIS HOSPITAL CLAIM THAT THEY ARE PREMIER HOSPITAL? THE SERVICES ARE REALLY SLOW COMPARE TO OTHER PRIVATE HOSPITAL. I'D RECOMMEND FOR GLENEAGLES INSTEAD! SUPERB SERVICE!!
