I cannot express enough how impressed I am with the entire experience. From the moment I walked through the doors, the level of professionalism and care shown by the staff and doctors was truly exceptional. The surgical team, led by Dr. Lim Hiong Chin, was not only highly skilled but also incredibly reassuring. They took the time to explain every step of the procedure, addressing all my concerns with patience and clarity. Their confidence and expertise immediately put me at ease, which made a world of difference leading up to the surgery. Post-operatively, the nursing (the one that i remember their name : Nurse Mei, Liza, Aisyah and one heartwarming Indian nurse that take my vital) and support staff were nothing short of amazing especially all the nurse that taken care of me from 3 Dec 2024 - 9 Dec 2024 , ward 5E , Room 11. They were attentive to my every need, ensuring I was comfortable and well-informed throughout my recovery. Their warm demeanor and willingness to go the extra mile made me feel like I was in the best hands possible. The facilities at Prince Court are outstanding—clean, modern, and designed with patient comfort in mind. Even the little details, like the quality of the meals and the serene environment, contributed to a smooth and pleasant recovery experience. I am deeply grateful to everyone at Prince Court Hospital who played a role in my journey from surgery to recovery.
