I would like to said that PCSH Doctor is the best especially Dr Seow, Dato Dr Andrew, Dr Joseph, Dr Kaw and all the ward nurses support and help us alot to treat my father and also Jeremy from PCSH welfare department support. From the bottom of my heart thank you and God bless all the people in PCSH. Thank you and love you all.

The PCSH team is absolutely phenomenal. From the emergency department, to the staffs at the hospital and to the amazing doctors (Dr Seow Chu Tai and Dr Ng Yong Muh), the team at PCSH really deserve a lot of recognition for the work they do for the Perak community. Dr Seow and Dr Ng explained the issues very clearly and in layman terms and it was easy for the family to understand what the issues were. They treat patients with empathy and care, offer affordable healthcare and do not see patients as cash cows unlike other private hospitals. The rooms and facilities are truly first class. Nurses also provided very good care. I would definitely consider coming back to PCSH in the future. Keep doing the work you’re doing, truly a community hospital!!

I would like to express my appreciation and gratitude to Dr. Tan Eng Keong, Dr. Seow Chu Tai, and the kind nurses, especially SN Adriaana, SN Najihah, SN Nadihah in Ward 3C, as well as all the nurses in Ward 3C and all the staff at PSH Hospital for their excellent service. The treatment provided to me during my admission to PSH in Ward 3C was very satisfactory. Thank you very much from me.

This is the second time I have admitted my mother for gastroenterology treatment, and honestly, there are no words to fully express our gratitude for the excellent service provided. A sincere thank you to Dr. Rama, Dr. Joseph, and Dr. Seow for their professionalism, patience, and genuine care. We are also deeply thankful to all the staff from Ward 4 and Ward 3 — every one of them was kind, helpful, and truly compassionate. You can really feel the true care and dedication in the way they treat patients and families. Special appreciation to Mr. Jeremy, Dr Joseph, Dr Seow, who was always there to assist us with billing matters. Their support and guidance made a stressful time much easier for us. Once again, we are very grateful to have such wonderful people in this hospital. Thank you all for your outstanding service and kindness.

I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to the Dr Chen Yoke Chuan, Dr Seow Chu Tai and entire nursing team in Ward 3C and OT department for the excellent care during my daughter stay here. Without a doubt, this is the best team I have ever experienced. Every nurse and hospital aide, I encountered was compassionate, attentive, and professional, making my daughter recovery process much smoother. A special note of appreciation goes to Dr Chen Yoke Chuan (Obstetrician & Gynecologist), who I truly consider my daughter lifesaver. Surgery (Laparotomy left ovarian cystectomy under GA) went successfully and my daughter can smile again. He took exceptional care to my daughter during pre-surgery and post-surgery recovery. Thank you for the best treatment Doctor 👍. Thank you once again to the Doctor Chen, Doctor Seow, entire team at Ward 3C and entire team at OT department for your exceptional service and kindness 🌹.
