Seriously. I will never set foot in this horrible place again. 1. Incompetent doctor. Specifically Dr. Lim, who treated my mother. Casually 'mistakenly' wrote a report for insurance review, swapped with another patient's report. Because of this, the insurance company had to hold payment for an investigation. Best part? KPJ asked us to pay all the bills and claim back from the insurance once the investigation is over. Their mistake, and we have to bear it? Alhamdulillah, after an appeal, KPJ finally allowed discharge. But the RM4K deposit paid was not refunded. Their mistake, and our money is held? The fastest investigation takes a month. Seriously. From the beginning, there were all sorts of issues. Slow administration in sending reports, causing my mother to wait 3 days just for an MRI. Reason? GL from insurance not yet received. How can GL be received if your admin doesn't send the report to the insurance? So slow. 2. Nurses. Still shouting and laughing behind the counter at 10:30 PM, startling sleeping patients. Completely insensitive or just brainless? Or does KPJ not train its staff nurses to be smarter? Out of many nurses on the 5th floor, only 2-3 are good. Before my mother was to be discharged, she asked a nurse to change her diaper. The nurse entered and asked, 'Which diapers?' My mother replied they were finished because they had been given since morning and not replenished. Then the nurse stood there silently like a statue. After that, she just left. My mother asked, 'Why, do I have to pay?' She was curious because we had already handed the discharge slip to the nurse. She was afraid she couldn't get hospital diapers anymore. The nurse replied, 'One moment!' with a seriously rude tone. To summarize: Low-quality nurses. Low-quality doctors. Low-quality administration. Overall, truly low quality. The prices are like those of a Jew (meaning exorbitant).
