Dr. Eugene Low Zheng Xin is a distinguished Clinical Fellow in Paediatric Cardiology at the National Heart Institute (IJN), Malaysia. He is dedicated to providing expert medical care and compassionate service to children with heart conditions. A recognized expert, he is a Member of the Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health (MRCPCH (UK)) and has contributed to medical research, including co-authoring an article on irregular heart rhythm after bypass surgery.
