Great hospitality. Experience of looking after sick children in the pediatric ward. The staff were all friendly and kind. The doctor who treated them was also very good.

2025 is the 12th year I have been faithfully visiting PHA for pediatric cases. 8/9/2025 I brought my child to visit Dr Hon's clinic and admitted him for pneumonia. The best service from the beginning I stepped into the Doctor's room, then in the Emergency department, then to the ward I am very satisfied. My suggestions 1. Regularize the supply of hot water / drinks 2 to 3 times a day. Not just at 4 am. 2. Change the drinking water jug which is very old. The cover also doesn't seem proper for a private hospital. 3. The menu for patients & caregivers is varied to be more attractive and appetizing. Overall I am satisfied with the service and would like to congratulate the nurse named Syakila (uniformed magenta color (ward B2) for the service provided. Likewise Dr. Hon Sai Kit who is soft spoken & caring. Highly recommended for you to choose as your children's doctor. My question is, is there anyone interested in opening a mart in PHA with their complete sales? The mart (grocery store) which is now boring and unattractive.

Praise be to God, thank you for the first-class service from this hospital. The customer service in the emergency department was very good and attentive, treating my child very gently. Dr. Hon, the pediatrician, you are amazing, and so are the nurses. Even though I live far away, I will return if I need to go to the hospital. Previously, my child was almost admitted to a private hospital in Puchong last year. We arrived at 3 PM and stayed until 12 AM without being admitted, with terrible service. The emergency department was so bad it made my child sicker. In the end, my husband asked me to just go home. Thank you so much to all the teams, you are all amazing and superb. This is the first time I've seen my child happy about going to the hospital. May the team at Hospital Pantai Ampang continue to serve other patients with even greater excellence.
