Visit this hospital because my mom had critical limb ischemia which is treated by Dr. Tan Kea Lean as vaskular surgeon and Dr. Nadia as anesthetic doctor. I can say that both doctors are very proffesional, capable and the best we had at that time. All nurse who served my mom are also capable and they know what to do. At first I am so afraid that my mom's right leg from toes to the base of the leg will be amputated because half of the base leg is blackened, but Dr. Tan try his best not to amputated all, only small part amputation. Because his effort, I would like to express my gratitute to Dr. Tan and nurses who assisted Dr. Tan. Now my mom's leg is okay and improving although it needs time to improve because of age factor. (3 of 5 toes of My mom's right leg are amputated because this disease, thats why i say that it needs time to have the amputated wound become smaller and dry). One more thing, hospital is very clean, they provide delicious meal for patient. The room is nice and big and worth the price. The staffs service are also good and quick. They are very helpful. Very recommended. Last, I wish Dr. Tan, all the staffs who help us and CVSKL more succes in the future. Keep the good work. Update : my mom's amputated wound is already recover. Her leg is now in good condition.

My family member came to CVSKL following a doctor's recommendation from another hospital. Because the situation was urgent, we were very grateful that, thanks to the proactive coordination of the staff, we were able to see a doctor as soon as possible. We were a bit nervous during our first visit, naturally worried that the condition might be serious, but the friendly attitude of the staff helped ease our anxiety. Dr. Tan Kia Leen gave us confidence and helped dispel our initial negative emotions. Throughout the treatment process, we could see the dedication and passion of the doctor and nurses. Their care felt more like that of a friend than a medical professional. We especially want to praise a Malay uncle at second floor reception. I'm sorry I don't know his name, but his positive energy left a strong impression on me. It inspired me to face others and challenges in life with the same positive mindset. Also, the wound care nurses were all excellent as well, especially a nurse named Joycelyn (I hope I got her name right). Her attentiveness really stood out to me. Additionally, the security guard at the basement parking was very helpful. Although all of these services come at a cost, what matters is whether the value matches the expense. Some private hospitals charge high fees without delivering quality service, but we didn’t feel that way at CVSKL. In addition to our heartfelt gratitude, I’d like to share a few suggestions for improvement. I personally think the parking fees could be more reasonable, and the ground floor registry and pharmacy department could work on efficiency. The waiting time to see the doctor was also a bit long, though this might be due to the high number of patients. Still, perhaps there could be other ways to improve the process.

Upon recommendationfrom a friend, I decided to visit CVSKL August 2024 to address long standing varicose vein issues. I heard great things about the hospital so after consultation, waited 10 months (due to work commitments) to have the procedure June 2025. I can honestly say, I have never experienced such outstanding respect, professionalism, transparency, integrity and clarity from a hospital. From the moment you arrive at admission, being personally escorted to the ward, to meeting the ward nurses, everyone is so polite, humble and friendly. The hospital is clean and clearly well maintained. Rathi, who assists Dr. Tan Kia Lean, is a credit to the hospital. Courteous, efficient, excellent with follow up/communication with myself/insurance agent; was of the highest standards imaginable. Thank you Rathi so much for this. Dr. Tan Kia Lean is simply a world class surgeon, who has a very simple, yet effective way to communicate details of the procedure before, during (very important especially when on local anaesthetic!) and afterwards. Thank you Dr. Tan Kia Lean for making a pretty uncomfortable procedure feel important and making me feel valued. Special mention to Ms. Yasotha (hope I spelt this right) and Kak Farah on the ward. If anyone reading this review has any doubts about how good CVSKL is, trust me, reading this review is my way to assure you it’s every bit as good as you imagine a hospital to be. Thank you again Dr. Tan Kia Lean and team for delivering an exceptional experience which reflects so well on Malaysia and its healthcare offering. Termia Kasih❤️
