I was recently admitted for influenza B and received excellent care under Dr. Tee's team. The finance department, particularly Rajesh, was very helpful in facilitating the approval of my (GL) procedure. However, I had to wait for a discharge bed and was initially asked to rest at the ER due to my condition. Rajesh kindly followed up with bed management and the discharge team to expedite the process, and I was eventually transferred to Ward MD6.
