I would like to express my deepest gratitude to Dr. Paul Suman (Orthopaedic) and the entire team at PCSH for the exceptional care I received. I was admitted on 9th February with a badly fractured tibia and fibula, and underwent surgery the very next day. From the beginning, I felt I was in safe hands. Dr. Paul is not only highly skilled but also incredibly humble, kind, and reassuring. The surgery was done with such precision, and even the stitches were so neat and beautifully done, something that many have complimented during my recovery. What touched me even more was his care beyond the surgery. Dr. Paul recommended the hospital welfare support, which greatly eased our financial burden, and I am truly grateful for that kindness and consideration. I would also like to thank all the nurses, ward staff, and especially the X-ray department for their patience, professionalism, and warm care throughout my stay. Everyone was so attentive and supportive, making a difficult time much more manageable. The food provided was also surprisingly good and comforting, which made my stay more pleasant. Thank you once again to Dr. Paul and the entire PCSH team for your dedication, compassion, and excellent service. I will always remember the care I received here. I would not hesitate to highly recommend your services to others.

My sincere thanks to Dr Paul, Dr Saravanan, and Dr Tham for doing a great job on my mum L5S1 surgery. Special thanks to Dr Paul for his advice, encouragement, and support throughout. I also truly appreciate Jeremy from Welfare for helping speed up the approval process and being very helpful. Thank you to all the nurses at Ward 2 for their excellent care and warm hospitality. They were always smiling and made me feel comfortable.
