Post-Hospitalisation Review I would like to express my heartfelt thanks following my recent hospital stay and recovery journey. From admission to discharge, the care I received was truly commendable. Medical Care: A special thanks to Dr. Shamala, my primary doctor, for her thorough assessments, empathetic care, and clear communication throughout my treatment. I would also like to acknowledge Dr for her skilled expertise and which played a key role in my recovery process. Ward 8B Experience: The nursing care at Ward 8B was exceptional. Every nurse showed professionalism, warmth, and patience, ensuring my comfort and wellbeing were prioritized. A special mention goes to Staff Nurse Chin YC, whose polite demeanor, attentiveness, and calm presence made a positive difference every single day. Thank you to all nurses in ward 8B Facilities and Support Services: I appreciate the prompt response from the building service team once the issue with the bed light was identified. Their swift action ensured that my stay remained comfortable and safe. Areas for Improvement: While my overall experience was very positive, I would like to highlight a couple of areas for improvement: • The lifts were frequently slow, causing some delays especially during peak hours. Optimizing this could significantly enhance patient mobility and convenience. • I also noticed that EncoreMed appointment slots were opened for booking even when the doctor was unavailable. It would be helpful if the system could reflect real-time availability to avoid confusion or unnecessary rescheduling. Final Thoughts: Despite the minor inconveniences, I am deeply grateful for the high standard of care and professionalism demonstrated by the entire team. Thank you once again to all the doctors, nurses, and support staff for your dedication. It made a difficult time much more manageable. Warm regards, Joey Hor.
