The experience at UMSC has always been great (during registration, paying deposit, seeing the specialist, taking medicine at the pharmacy). Prof Dr Tan Chong Tin is very experienced neurology specialist who will take his time to check on every patient's condition thoroughly. Hence, the waiting time may be longer than the set appointment. While i understand some of the frustration by patients family (as shown in this review), but would you want a doctor to finish the consultation in less than 10minutes with you and not knowing what your conditions are? So this apply for all patients. So, kudos to Prof Dr Tan for his dedication and time. He knows his stuff.
