The doctors who attended to me and my family were Dr Rajeentheran, Dr Mardziah (paedetrician), Dr Robert Penafort, Dr Rozeman, arwah Dr Roslan, Dato Dr Kamil, Dato Dr Musa, Dato Dr Haron, Dr Mohd Ridho, Dr Effarezan, Dr Daud, Dr Song, Dr. Noraini and few others I cannot remember their names. Well, I'm happy with the service rendered to me and my family all these years.

Best experience with admission staff name zuhri at counter 5. I was admitted under daycare procedure on 21 august under dato dr kamil.

Sejak kena batu karang and now issue with uti, always refer here with Doc Kamil. He is very good and dengar apa isu patient. Also Kak Aya is very helpful as a doc assistant.

The nurses—Yana, Bella, Suhaida, Hafizah, Kak Linda, Syakila, Hafiza, Prima, Munarawah, Dayah, Fatin, and many others—were attentive and kind, which made a big difference in my comfort. The housekeeping team kept my room clean, and Redza and his food service team provided warm and nutritious meals that suited my needs. Additional comments: Mum's Admission to the Hospital My mum recently had cancer surgery by Dr. Sebastian Tong and Dr. Wan in the same hospital, who were both very professional and caring throughout the long procedure. I felt relieved knowing she was in good hands. My mum shared that she felt well cared for during her stay on the Premier Floor, which is equipped with an AI system for enhanced monitoring. She especially praised the nurses — Wawa, Siti, Haafizhah, Yana, Awanis, Alisya, Ida, Rozianah, Shazreena, Asnita, Hidayah, Prima, and many others — for their patience and attentiveness, particularly when recovery complications affected her mood. Their dedication not only supported her healing but also gave me peace of mind. I would also like to thank Redzan and the catering team for carefully managing my mum’s liquid diet, as well as the cleaning staff for keeping her room spotless despite frequent use. Overall, we are deeply grateful for the professionalism and kindness shown by everyone during her stay.
