I have never experienced it WORSE before. Last Saturday I came to recommended clinic - Dr Smita Sinha as my previous clinic is going to shut down. During my first consultation with Dr Smita Sinha, she didn't really give so much explanation / information. What shocked and disappointed me was that I told her that recenlty I have itchy over body and asked if it is normal (this is my first time pregnancy experience) and she responded; "Do you want medicine?". My time with her was very short yet I was charged around RM200++. Totally lost RM200++ for nothing new. Will never recommend!! In addition, Dr Smitha said if I wanted to deliver at government hospital, I need to do booking with government hospital. Also need to go to Klinik Kesihatan to open pink book. Her staff told me she would call Klinik Kesihatan for me as I am deaf but on the same day, I didn't have recieved any message from her staff. I didn't have a good feeling so I decided to go to government hospital and learned that actually we don't need to do booking. We also don't need to go to Klinik Kesihatan to open pink book. Pink book from any clinic also can as long as I have checkup and records. Two days later, I messaged her staff to tell her about this. And she responded "okey then if like that. doc smita just concern about u". I realized that her staff actually hadn't called Klinik Kesihatan which disappointed me and wasted my time.

I did a procedure with Dr Smita last year,and regular follow up with her. A caring doc,clinic staff Syaza are very friendly and helpful.

I am with KPJ and know Dr. Smita since 2021 until now. Dr. Smita is a professional doctor, very helpful, understanding and soft spoken... all the staff under her are also very helpful and friendly... when I'm down, I can't make a decision Dr. Smita calmed me down and thank God the procedure went smoothly...went to several places but I chose KPJ and Dr. Smita for treating me...Thank you & Dr. Smita and staff..

When to Dr Smita clinic for pregnancy checkup since Jan24, the doctor & nurses Syaza & Syakirah is awesome.. Provide a very good service, very helpful & soft-spoken.. Nvr fail to keep me calm & always think positive for my 2nd pregnancy journey.. Look forward to deliver my baby with Dr Smita & her team.. I was here bcz my friend hv recommend this clinic to me but now i truly recommend to others too..❤️

Dr. Smita is a really good doctor. She examined all my problems very well and explained very clearly. She was also very patient and detailed. Nurse Syaza is a very good nurse. No matter what questions I have, I just need to WhatsApp her. She is busy and will not waste time to ask the doctor and then reply to me quickly. And she is also a very patient. Really 👍👍👍Doctor and nurse. Thank you Dr. Smita & nurse Syaza and other nurse.
