Patient from Indonesia. Severely disappointed. Booked through MEDISATA Jakarta on January 15, 2024, for treatment with Dr. Kuljit Singh on February 14, 2024, at 09:00. On the afternoon of February 13, received a WhatsApp message from the doctor's staff requesting a reschedule to February 14 at 15:00, even though the return flight ticket to Jakarta was at 17:00. With great disappointment and extreme reluctance, had to switch to another doctor with the same appointment time of 09:00.
