      5 stars Dr. Joyce Gan Mei Yen (Internal Medicine, Sitiawan) provided exceptional, highly professional care when I was admitted with acute nephrotic syndrome and pulmonary edema. She acted quickly and decisively, coordinated lifesaving treatment, and communicated clearly and compassionately throughout. Her care went far beyond the usual doctor–patient relationship — she followed up after discharge to make sure I was recovering well, which is rare to find. I wholeheartedly recommend her.
