I was disappointed when I came here because I have a really bad ear ache which made me cant even hear. It was painful and I thought coming here I would get insight for my problems. Doctor was kind, he said the issue for this maybe due to small pimple and lots of earwax. He gave me an ointment to apply on the 'pimple'. I was charged rm729 from my company insurance for cleaning earwax and an ointment :( didnt even soothe my pain at all. . It gotten worse and it's more swollen than ever. So I just go to normal clinic and I got antibiotics and IV drip. Even the doc is speechless when I only given ointment and I actually have Otitis Externa. 2 days worth of MC. . I know u are specialist. But I definitely don't expect to be deducted that much just for ear wax cleaning 🥲. Maybe I'm not ur target patient. Anyways the service was ok and fast. However I'll just stick to normal clinic next time. First and last.
