Hospital was very clean and efficient. Staff were friendly and helpful. Dr. James ENT was really professional and reassuring! Would recommend.

Such a pleasant experience i received. What i can conclude with my observation that the hospital doing a very good job in assisting customer needs and want First, parking was big and large area. Easy to park. Lift were good. Many and sufficient. Lobby hospital was big and very calm. There was a staff assigned at the lobby i think to monitor the customer to assist. The staff greet and ask what could they help. I ask them iam sick have urti infection 3-4 days ago. I think need to go to emergency and let the MO to diagnose and treat me. The staff clarify after give full attention to my stories. She say better see specialist ENT and the ENT specialist are free and can go straight away The staff also recommend me to see the DR James ENT. I straight away go to the DR clinic and staff help me to take ticket no. There a not many people there and within 15 minutes i been called by a DR. Dr James was very kind and approachable! And very friendly. Treat me like a friend. Dr dignose and listen to my stories from a to z. Dr done scope and find nothing to be afraid of Dr said because of virus. And upon further checking dr said my condition already improve. Dr said no need medication just take rest and eat properly. Because of virus u need to rely on ur body and immune system to heal. Dr feel weird because the clinic before this give to much medicine not related to my condition. Other hospt or klinic will hard sell product to u. This is different with this Dr. Now i already 90 percent recover. Without the medicine! Before this every day i need the medicine provide by the clinic but no improvement. Kudos to DR, staff and all for the helps and the facilities as toilet and children for play also very good. Recommend to come here!

I would like to commend Sunway Medical Centre, Kota Damansara for their excellent service and well-managed facilities. Over the years, my three children have frequently visited Dr. James (ENT), and the level of care provided has always been consistently good, something my wife and kids often highlight with appreciation. On 21st August 2025, I personally experienced the hospital’s services when I came to visit a friend admitted for a head injury under trauma care. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed with the professionalism and warmth of the staff. The Emergency Department team was not only attentive but also went the extra mile by guiding me personally to the lift towards the 9th floor. The hospital environment is clean, well maintained, and patient friendly. The availability of valet parking added great convenience, making the overall experience smooth and stress-free.
