Every touchpoint reflected genuine care and professionalism. Various staff members took ownership to assist proactively — no long, confusing waits, no uncertainty. During registration, someone checked in to see if help was needed. When the waiting time stretched a little longer, another staff member approached to ask what they were waiting for and ensured things moved along smoothly. Even the staff at O’Brien were friendly and attentive, when sunlight fell directly on my son, the staff immediately drew the blinds without being asked. Every single person we encountered contributed to a seamless, reassuring experience. It truly felt like a coordinated team effort from start to finish. Following my adenoid surgery on November 20, 2023, I have noticed a substantial improvement in my respiratory health. My breathing is now more comfortable, and I have decreased my mouth breathing.
