She responded immediately during our emergency admission in the middle of the night and has consistently called us daily without fail to update us on our baby’s condition. Her dedication, professionalism, compassion, and reassurance gave us so much comfort and confidence throughout the journey. We would also like to sincerely thank all the NICU nurses for their patience, kindness, and attentive care. Every nurse treated our baby with so much love and handled us anxious parents with empathy and understanding. Your hard work and commitment truly made a difference to our family. Today we had a wonderful dental experience with Dr. Reshnu at Pantai Hospital Kuala Lumpur. She is such a sweet and professional doctor who takes her time to explain everything clearly, both before and after each procedure or consultation. Her calm and caring approach makes us feel very comfortable and confident. She is also supported by a team of very kind and helpful assistants and nurses, which makes the whole experience smooth and reassuring. Our family has been coming to Pantai Hospital Kuala Lumpur for the last 8 years... our son was born here, and we’ve continued with all his vaccines and follow-ups under Dr. Kerry.
