My father is under regular follow up with dr chan, internal medicine. He was ordered to came to hospital for blood taking and X ray. He patiently waited for his queue after registration yet the X ray department did not call him after waited for almost an hour. He then approached the counter only the person told him that the doctor did not sign the order for x ray hence x ray cannot be conducted today. Hello, if you noted the signature is not there you should let the patient know right then and not allowing them sit there and wait, if my dad did not go and ask he will be sitting there forever! Imagine he is old, and he is having intense leg pain, wasting his time suffering there. And this is not the first time! He also waited a long time to take his medicine at pharmacist, finally he went to counter and asked only he was told that the doctor forget to sign the prescription and medicine cannot be taken. Then only they try to go and ask for the doctor’s signature but the doctor is busy somewhere else and he had to wsit again. Hello! I understand hospital is busy but this is not the proper way to treat ur patient!!! This is a minor thing that you can improve but will bring major improvement in the service! Patient need not to wait for so long and then was told that things cannot be done because of your team mistake. Very sad to hear this, i really hope this issue is been raised up.

I'd not recommend Dr. William (Internal Medicine) for health screening consultation. I wish he spent more time explaining in detail the health report and gave more time for patient to ask health-related questions. I have this expectation because it's a paid service and I had better experience from my previous doctor in a different hospital. Apart from this, everything else is fine.

Having a good treatment here with Dr William & Dr Najib. Special thanks to staff nurse Nurul Hamid MDO3 & Ms Priya (Finance New wing) for the clear guidance and care as well.

Great experience I had during my stay and also throughout my follow up today with Dr William... Tq to d staff who guided me all the day ..Tq to Ms Shelly customer care assistant who also helped me for directions when I needed here as I was new to this hospital..
