Hi there, Dr Guru is highly recommend from Dematologist skin clinic. Excellent and humble caring doctors.. But unhappy with additional charges from the hospital. Visited two clinics at your hospitals. And noted there was a charge of RM22.00 for each clinic for nursing procedure. When I asked the first clinic for a clear explanation on these charges, their reply was it for blood pressure checked that was done by the nurse. But when I informed that no such thing was done. They were not able to explain further on this. Second clinic - the same thing... another RM22.00 as a charge of RM22.00 for each clinic for nursing procedure. Same answers by their staff - it was for blood pressure checked that was done. Again no such test was done!!!!!!. When I question again why there are so many charges on this and no such process was done. The staff reply was to walk me to the doctor clinic...!!!!!! That is totally ridiculous to charge someone just to walk them to the doctor clinic - which is just 5 steps away!!!!!! Is this a part of the nurses' job and that why they are hired at the hospital. Sadly, even to charge RM22 for a per clinic is fine, but to charge for every clinic you visited that is too much!!!!!!! It seems like this is a practice ripping off your customer with these charges... Very unfair and not honest. I hope other customers will raise up this same issue as I do not see other private hospital making such silly charges to their customer. Other than that was happy with the doctors at the hospital...
