Review Title: Exceptional care and compassion from Miss Atiqah I would like to express our deepest gratitude to Miss Atiqah, the nurse assisting Dr. Go Eng Soon in the Ophthalmology department. She played a vital role in my mother’s (Mdm Yew Gek Kuan) cataract surgery journey on 6 April 2026 and 4 May 2026. From the pre-operative preparations to post-surgery guidance, Miss Atiqah was consistently patient, reassuring, and highly professional. She took the time to explain each step clearly, easing my mother’s anxiety—especially before the first operation. When we returned for the second procedure, Miss Atiqah remembered my mother’s concerns and made sure she felt comfortable and safe. Beyond her clinical competence, it was her genuine kindness that stood out. She answered all our questions thoroughly, never rushed us, and checked in on my mother’s recovery with warmth and sincerity. For an elderly patient undergoing two operations, having someone like Miss Atiqah by the surgeon’s side made all the difference. Thank you, Miss Atiqah, and the entire team under Dr. Go Eng Soon, for giving my mother a smooth and successful outcome. We are truly grateful.

Thank you to Dr. Yamuna for taking good care of my child, and to Dr. Eng for taking good care of me. All the facilities at Pantai Ampang are very good, satisfactory, and complete.

My experience with Dr Go is very good but the hospital charges is a bit costly compared to others.
