Went to see Dr Bazam Ortho bcoz back pain n he suspected slip disc n urge me to do mri once warded. No prescription or pain killer was given. I was asked to pay depo RM300 and should wait for the GL to be approved. Sad AIA does not approved my GL with stupid reason I had being slip disc long time ago. Ridiculous. Whenever we want to use it this insurance company will try their level best not to let it happen. So today try to get back the deposit of RM300 from the admission. Really 'terkejut beruk' I was being charge RM235 for the consultation fee which Dr only says 'we need to do mri to see whether it slip disc or something else'. And they charge me RM31.00 for registration which they gave me borang and pen to fill up. And as for me Im still in a pain n lost RM270 for nothing.

Dr. Bazam is very, very good and explains thoroughly to ensure understanding of the medical condition. The doctor's assistant at the clinic is also kind, gentle, and very helpful. In the ward, the room and toilet are clean. All the nurses are kind, gentle, not rough or fierce. The best part is that all the food is delicious 🤤🤤.

I am very satisfied with the service provided by the staff and doctor during my treatment at Dr. Bazam's orthopedic clinic at KPJ Selangor. Many thanks to the staff member, Cik Azie, who was always patient and smiling when answering all patient inquiries, and was always dedicated in replying to my WhatsApp messages. Azie was also always courteous when attending to the many patients. Likewise, Dr. Bazam provided explanations that were easy for me to understand.
