underwent elective procedure in this hospital and everything was smooth from initial consultation to discharge with genuinely friendly staff. a big thank you to my surgeon and anaesthesiologist Dr Chong Hoong Yin and Dr Hema for their skill and professionalism. one fond memory of the experience-the warm ot bed immediately put me at ease -really thankful for that!
