{"review_1":"Disappointed tonight because I received a malfunctioning mattress. Just placing my hand on it, I could feel the bed frame. After trying to rest for 2 hours, I tried to make peace with the mattress (I tried).\n\nI asked to change the mattress, but the nurse said there were no others available. I asked for extra pillows and blankets, hoping to thicken the surface; there were no blankets, and placing the pillows didn't help. I said I wanted to go home, and then the nurse tried to get me to test 2 other mattresses they had. After 'testing' the mattresses, we agreed that the available mattresses were indeed malfunctioning. They tried to help. I'm not asking for a 5-star hotel mattress, but if lying down and sitting makes you feel the bed frame, it's unacceptable. Even though I was tired, in pain, and lacked the confidence to drive home at night, I was determined to request home leave.","review_2":"I came here to get healthier, because I know and have faith in the physiotherapy here and Dr. Hazli's consultations (admitted several times). This is an A.\n\n","review_3":"I liked many things about this hospital, including the in-room meals and the delicious cakes at the cafe. Also an A.\n\n","review_4":"On my first night, I couldn't get a single room. Tonight, my second night, they made an effort to get me a single room as requested. I appreciate their effort for my comfort. However, if I had been informed 'there is a single room but the mattress is flat,' I would have accepted a double room. Frustrating and tiring. Not only a better mattress, but better explanations of the situation would be good.\n\n","review_5":"On my first night, I was poked up to 10 times before they could get an IV line. It was sad because it was painful, and I was tired of enduring the fear of multiple needle sticks. Even the nurses, Dr. Anis, and Dr. Kannan helped with the injections, engaging in friendly, soothing, and empathetic conversation (thank you)... I still recommend better skills and confidence. Yes, I am 'thick-skinned' and my veins are 'branching' (messages I receive, which don't improve my feelings), but I have had nurses/doctors before who successfully inserted the IV on the 1st or 2nd try.\n\n","review_6":"Only 1 out of 4 male room service staff, who delivered food, asked if they could come near me, on my bed (behind the curtain, I had closed the curtain). So I had the opportunity to say, 'wait' so I could wear my hijab. The others, whether the curtain was drawn or the door was open, just barged in. I suggest, please be more understanding. We request a single room or use the curtain for reasons.\n\nI will come back, only because of the physiotherapy and my doctor. Thank you.\n\nAin"}
