Followed up for my third pregnancy with Dr Imelda Balchin. The service and care provided were outstanding. The appointments were managed efficiently by the friendly clinic assistant, Ms Afiqah. Dr Imelda made sure her patient understand all options & risk involved. She gave a thorough explanation for each of the option and counselled accordingly. The delivery process was smooth, she handled unexpected situation very professionally. The hospital room was clean and comfortable. All nursing staff are so helpful and competent. All in all, a very pleasant experience of maternity care in this hospital.

I recently went through a stomach scope procedure and would like to sincerely thank the whole medical team for their excellent care. Special appreciation goes to Nurse Fizzy Sharmilla, Ammar, Nadia, and Nurul for their professionalism, attentiveness, and kind support throughout the process. Their gentle approach and reassuring words really helped ease my nerves. I would also like to extend my gratitude to Dr. Daron Haron for his clear explanation, calm demeanor, and skillful handling of the procedure. His guidance and confidence made me feel safe and well taken care of. Overall, the team showed great teamwork, efficiency, and compassion. I truly appreciate their dedication and would highly recommend their service to others.
