My first time being admitted to a hospital, and choosing Assunta Hospital was truly the best decision. The service from A - Z was attentive, detailed, and filled with genuine care. I stayed in Ward Mawar, Level 4, and I am sincerely grateful for the compassionate and gentle care throughout my stay. A special thank you to all the best nurses — HA Azmiah Jaini (whom I call Mummy), SN Wak Vivi, SN Divya, PRN Auni, SN Hoo Kar Yen, SN Verce and all trainee Tun Tan Cheng Lock College of Nursing. Thank you for always treating me with compassion and patience. No more ice packs at late night, and no more inserting medicine through my IV drip (sakit haha). 🥲 Thank you, Dr. Jeeta K, for your guidance and for treating me towards recovery. I also underwent colonoscopy and endoscopy procedures, and they even provided a CD copy of the treatment. I truly recommend Assunta Hospital for anyone seeking the best care. Highly recommended!

Excellent service from Yati at the pantry. She is friendly and polite. The food is delicious. All the staff here are good, especially in Melati Ward. Dr. Jeeta and Dr. Neo check thoroughly and explain clearly. All the nurses are friendly. The scanning and physiotherapy staff are also very good. 😊

The hospitality and care in this hospital are truly well-managed and exceptional. Once a again I feel blessed to be taken care of by very dedicated and sincere nurses who have a high level of nursing care and medical knowledge. The younger nurses need to be further guided and train so that they can work side by side with the senior staff providing a stop gap of shortage of nurses in Melati ward. They are a gift to the team. The F&B needs to be revisited so that better food and service can be given. I comment the cleaners for their good work in Melati ward. Maintenance has a speedy response, I thank the maintenance. I want to specially thank Dr. Jeeta & Dr. Vivek for their excellent accompaniments and care of me. I truly believe that under the effective guidance and leadership of Sr Lavinia, her team will make Melati a wellness centre. God bless you all for the tireless service you give to Assunta Hospital.
