I’d like to leave a review on one of their Specialist doctor who is by far the worst doctor I have ever encountered in my 36 years. She is Dr. Anna Padmavathy Soosai. I took my 16 month daughter to emergency department on Thursday 1/8/2024 at 9.30 am and was informed that we need to get her warded as the paediatricians are unavailable and can see her when she’s warded so I agreed. So from 9.30 am we waited and we finally got a room at 3.30 pm. We went to the ward and we saw Dr Anna outside the ward but she did not come in to check on my daughter. We waited for hours and we were not informed of the blood test results, the diagnosis, or the treatment plan for my daughter. I went to the nurse counter and queried on all this and they said dr will come at 9.30 pm. So Dr Anna comes at 9.30 and asks me what can she help me with… like seriously she’s a dr and instead of telling me what’s wrong with my child and what her treatment plan is she asks me what can she help me with by attending to me. Like hello, I’m paying for your visit so you can advise me in your capacity as a doctor. That not being enough, she is judgemental and puts you down as a mother. First she scolded me for giving my daughter milk more than 2 times a day. Like seriously, my daughter is only 16 months old and she’s asking me not to give her milk. What’s wrong with you Dr Anna. Adding on that, she sees my Milo packet and Julie’s biscuits and scolds me for feeding them to my daughter. And I was like excuse me Dr, that’s my Milo and my biscuits. In all seriousness, she really is the worst. I would not recommend her even if she was the last paediatrician on this planet. She passes judgment without even enquiring and thinks she’s so great just because she is a Dr. I’m a trained professional working in Malaysia’s number one company and she treats me like I’m an uneducated person who does not know what to food to feed my own child. And i seriously question her judgement because she told me it’s my choice if i want to continue the IV for my daughter. You’re the dr, you should advise me. Not ask me to decide. What am I paying you for?? On top of that, this morning she can come and ask me, do you want to discharge your daughter? I asked her what is your advise based on my daughters condition, and she can say it is up to me. Like seriously Dr Anna, please do something about how you treat patients. We are paying you for your services. You are not doing charity by attending to us. It’s your legal obligation towards your patients. Go get a refresher on your bedside manners please.

I am following up with Dr Anna Padma for my 2nd baby. Really happy with Doctor's milestone check ups and advice on general baby care. Very happy with Dr Anna's nurse as well. Very efficient example with advising on waiting time, vaccinations etc which is very important when we are with young baby. I will recommend prince court but I suggest to choose doctor.
