Her consultations are excellent—especially for us as new parents—because she explains everything clearly and makes it so easy for us to understand. Her consultation room is cheerful and child-friendly, which instantly makes our baby feel comfortable. What we appreciate most is Dr. Farzana’s warm, approachable and friendly personality. Even during vaccinations, our baby only cried for a moment because of her gentle approach. A big thank you as well to Nurse Miss Natasha, who has been incredibly helpful, especially with appointment scheduling and providing such warm, personalised service. Although we now live far outside Johor, we still prefer to return to Tebrau whenever our child needs treatment because of the comfort and trust we have with Dr. Farzana and her team.
