Dr Teh Boon Teck

Dr. Teh Boon Teck is a consultant anesthesiologist at Sunway Medical Centre with extensive experience in anesthesia care, intensive care medicine, and acute pain service. He has been with Sunway Medical Centre since 2000. He received his MBBS from the National University of Singapore in 1986, and his Master of Medicine (Anesthesia) from the same university in 1991. He also holds the FMGEMS (The Foreign Medical Graduate Examination in the Medical Sciences) qualification. He was awarded the ASEAN Scholarship (1979-1980) and Local Merit Scholarship (1981-1986). His prior experience includes roles as a lecturer at the Department of Anesthesiology, University Malaya, and registrar in anesthesia at the National University Hospital. He is a member of the Singapore Society of Anesthesiologists, the Malaysian Society of Anesthesiology, and the Malaysian Medical Association. He is fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, Cantonese, Hokkien, and Mandarin.
