Im the New Patient that visited Beacon on Earlier Of MAY , I was suspected of having Neuron/Heart Issues ,due to I had symptoms of Dizziness at first followed by heavy heartbeat and hard breath ,all this symptoms could happen in very sudden. When I entered the hospital and took my Seat Number , There a Hospital Receptionist name called Teoh Chai Ling , who gave me the GOOD IMPRESSION and Service , She brought Me for a Tour in around hospital while I was in the LONG WAIT , she introduced all the facilities and every departments in hospital , she also asked what My health condition and status ,She had showed a Fantastic Caring and Professionalism Which really Impressed me. DOCTOR Consultation (NEURON) : DR HOO FAN KEE DR HOO is a VERY FRIENDLY & AFFABLE doctor , He gave me a consultation that I was having "PANIC ATTACK DISORDER" cause all the symptoms I had were matched in this illness ,plus My body check up reports were ALL GOOD ,My blood pressure , BMI , CT SCAN for Heart , everything good... DOCTOR suggested me try to be calm and Do NOT get easily PANIC ,He also asked me to get ESSENTIL OIL which can help to me to keep mental calm & relax... DOCTOR HOO was knew that I was worried about the COST of medication/consultation very expensive due to I was having limited budget on medication/consultation fee, Then Doctor gave me some advice like Buy essential oils, do meditation to Keep my MENTAL stay Calm and Healthier ,and NOT NEED TO BUY ANY MEDICINE/PILL from him 1st , as My illness NOT in very serious mode ,Doctor ask me to come back AGAIN IF I needed any Help.
