Excellent care and treatment from Doctor Sau and Sang Kancil Wad Team, thank you so much

Thank you, Assunta Hospital, for making our entire pregnancy journey such a truly delightful and reassuring experience. From the very beginning at the clinic of Dr. Ragu Shanmuganathan, we felt well cared for and supported. Dr. Ragu, together with his staff — Ms. Lai, Ms. Azura, and the rest of the clinic team — provided us with excellent emotional and physical support throughout the pregnancy, giving us the confidence and assurance we needed at every step. Our postnatal experience was equally heartwarming. The care and guidance from our paediatrician, Dr. Sau, along with the incredible Lavender Ward team — Catherina, Nur Ainaa, Jacqueline, Janani, Yuveneshwry, Stefphanie, Msarmili, Fauziah, and Low Min Ian — were filled with kindness, patience, and genuine thoughtfulness. The nursery team, whose names we regrettably did not manage to note, also played an important role in taking care of our newborn and accommodating our request for viewing the baby time to time by our visitor making our stay well supported and reassuring. As first-time parents, this level of compassionate care and support meant a great deal to us. We are deeply grateful to the entire Assunta Hospital team for making this journey so memorable and positive.

I was impress by the hospitality in Assunta Hospital. I think it was a right choice for me to deliver my child in Malaysia. From my gynecologist, Dr Niraj, pediatrician for my baby is Dr Sau. Delivery suits Lavender ward and the most importantly the nursery staff that taking care if my baby and helping me in breastfeeding. I would like to thanks to Vinny for helping me 2 night for breastfeeding. She was exceptionally passionate gentle and caring. First night after my operation i was having pain and difficulty in feeding my baby. She cale in to my room every 2-3 hourly hello g to to express my breastmilk and feed to my baby even middle of the night, she banding by my side for 30 minutes with smilly face. She has teaching me how to latch my baby correctly and now im mire confident in doing it. Thankyou for all the nursery staff, delivery suits and lavender ward
